Collection from schools

Children will wait at a designated area in their school or school playground. They will be collected by authorised personnel and taken to the Busy Bees  hall. All Busy Bees staff on collections will wear the Busy Bees luminous jackets, as will the children.

Collection arrangements by Parents or Guardians

Children will be cared for at the Club until collected by a named adult. In the event of a change in collection arrangements written notification of the changes will be required beforehand.

Collection from Busy Bees after 6:00pm will be charged at £2 for every minute per child you are late. If your child still has not been collected by 6:20pm and we have been unable to make contact parents, guardians or emergency contacts then it is our responsibility to hand them into the care of the Social Services.

It is vital that if your child is not at school and does not require collecting that you let us know before 2:30pm at the very latest on the office number so we can inform relevant staff. Calls after this time may not be received and this could risk the safety of your children.
